A Bad Week

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile but bad things have happened. Sam has his 1st cold. We went to the dr yesterday and he has a sinus infection. We got antibiotics and he is doing much better. He got his cold from cousin Nick.

I am no longer working at the barn. The owner of barn horse passed away last week and he is
selling it. So the borders who are having me work for them are leaving April 1. Next Wed will be
my last day. I sure will miss the horses. They were extremely friendly.

So I hope this week will be better. I got a new camera so I will post some pictures soon.

We are in trouble now

Samuel has started to crawl! He has been getting on his knees and taking one step but today he has started more. I'm sure by the end of the week he will be a pro at it. So after worthless worrying my boy is growing up. He has the bruises to prove it, he has a big one on his head where he fell on my hardwood floors. Silly boy!

We had his 9th month appt today and he is healthy and happy. Can't believe tomorrow he will be 9th months old. Halfway to a year!

Beautiful Day

What a beautiful day it was. Sam and I went outside and played with the dogs. He loves Jackson and Maddie. He was bouncing on Jackson's stomach. I hope to get a camera soon so I can post pictures. Can't wait till spring!

Barn job is going great. I am handling the horses more so I hope I can ride them soon.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to our family and friends! We love you!

Sam got his fourth tooth last week. His first upper tooth. He received a lot of stuffed frogs for Valentine's. He loves his frogs!

Barn is going great. I am doing a lot with the horses now. I have to feed them 2x this week. i have made many new friends there.

8th months

Happy 8 month birthday Sam! Time sure did fly!

New Job

I started my new job at the barn today. It was fun again to clean stalls, feed the horses, and lead them to pasture. I miss being around them. I grew up with them and miss taking care of them. I even miss my stupid Arab, Dynah. But hopefully I will start riding again with this job too but for now I just love the barn smell. Sam has a new tooth today. This is his 3rd one on the bottom. He got his first 2 around Christmas.

New Post

Well, here I am again with a new post and I promise to keep this one update. Alot has happened since my last blog. I have a son and a new house. My son is Samuel who is 7 months old. He's a very good baby. He is sitting up and eating "big boy" food. He loves sweet potatoes and squash. We are waiting for him to crawl or walk (but I might be sorry when he does) but I am happy that he is content with just sitting playing with his toys. And because of him we had to a buy a bigger house. We moved into our house in Oct 2011. We live in the big town of Coats. Our neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a fenced in backyard for Samuel and the dogs. We also have woods which will be good when Samuel is bigger. I also will be starting a new job on Tues. I will be working in a horse barn 5 days a week cleaning stalls, watering, feeding and later on working with the horses. It will be nice to get out of the house for 2 hours and make a little spending money since Samuel outgrows his clothes every day!
